keep orca in npc corp, never worry about awoxing again.

i wonder how much i can make in odyssey pimping out my orca in a place with say, 3 ice anoms?
it has perfect boosts, and i use a shield link... couldn't ask for much more.

No sane person would siege the damn thing in a belt in null sec to get their uber boosts. If you cant provide links from a POS null sec industry would grind to a halt.
or people would just use orcas. it's only a 14% yield difference.

Null sec is supposed to be very risky. Maybe there is more risk than the reward you would get however v0v
so you have to siege a 2+bn isk ship in an anomaly that doesn't have to be scanned down, in order to mine ore that then has to be converted in to isk on the market, and then you end up with less isk, than ratting in a battlecruiser?
yup, sounds like on grid boosting is very balanced in that respect.

yup, sounds like on grid boosting is very balanced in that respect. You forgot to add a pilot with a mindlink implant that is over 1 billion ISK, plus probably another billion or two of other implants in his head, and likely a fairly expensive medical clone.
to be honest, for the sake of 14% yield, i'd just stick to the orca if boosts went on grid. a rorqual simply isn't worth the risk, personally.
